"I began working on the Bangalore Airport project in India in June 2007. We formed our subsidiary company in India a year later and I became the manager.
It was a hectic period. I was working for the airport as a consultant and at the same time I was setting up the company - which was quite a challenge given the nature of Indian bureaucracy.
