Photovoltaic specialists Enecolo has teamed up with the engineering, planning and consultancy company Basler & Hofmann. On 1st July 2009 the Enecolo-Team became part of Basler & Hofmann, offering its services under this new name. The team complements perfectly the expertise that Basler & Hofmann can offer. The Enecolo company retains ownership of shareholdings, property, patents and licences, but is no longer an operating entity in its own right.

A perfect complement

The two companies have been collaborating on various projects since 2007 and complement each other perfectly: Enecolo is a small but highly specialised company with an excellent reputation in the photovoltaic industry. The seven strong team designs, plans and operates solar systems, conducts research in the area of photovoltaics and develops new products such as systems for monitoring the performance of such installations. With its 300 employees Basler & Hofmann is one of Switzerland’s most reputable engineering, planning and consultancy companies. The new team makes it possible for the company to offer solar technology as part of its portfolio of services.
