New members of the Executive Board for the "Energy and Security" and "Bridges and Digital Structures" divisions

The Executive Board of Basler & Hofmann is starting the new year with two new members: The Board of Directors has appointed Franziska Morganti and Balz Bauer to the Executive Board as of January 1, 2024. Current board members Hans Tschamper and Roland Keller are stepping down for reasons of age, but will continue to act as "corporate mentors" for Basler & Hofmann. With Franziska Morganti and Balz Bauer, two high-profile personalities are taking over responsibility on the Management Board.
Franziska Morganti will lead the newly established "Energy and Security" division. As former head of the "Renewable Energies" division, Franziska Morganti and her team have built up a new and highly dynamic business area, in particular with overall management of energy projects. The qualified chemical engineer ETH also has a strong foothold in consulting for industrial companies.
Balz Bauer, previously Head of Bridges, is responsible for the new "Bridges and Digital Structures" division. In this focus area, Basler & Hofmann combines expertise in structural engineering with its digital innovation laboratory "IDA-Lab". One focus will be on supporting structures throughout their entire life cycle and enabling customers to tap into the full potential of digitalization.
