Lindenheim Emmen: construction of new apartment building

Project overview

A new apartment building has been planned, located in Lindenheim on the outskirts of the village of Emmen. It will have eight floors and consist of a total of 30 apartments, with an attached underground garage. Large areas above the underground garage and around the apartment building will be covered with inviting community green spaces.

Our services

Planning the load-bearing structures, in particular dimensioning the load-bearing slab above the underground garage. Planning the retaining wall structures, calculating for lowering groundwater levels. Dimensioning the slab foundation and additional settlement calculations. Technical site management of the special underground engineering works.
