All individual details that can be used to establish your identity and which can be traced back to you (e.g. your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address) qualify as personal data.

Through the implementation of the required technical and organisational measures, we ensure that the protection of the personal data processed via these websites is guaranteed. Our websites are protected with an SSL certificate. This means that all data connections are encrypted. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the transmission of data on the Internet is generally subject to security gaps. Access data

Each time you access our websites, various data is recorded about the website visit and stored as “server log files”. The following data is recorded in this way:

  • Used IP address

Use of Hotjar

Use of the WebFTP tool

The WebFTP tool allows for the simple exchange of data files that are too large to be sent via e-mail. The data is transmitted in encrypted form. The uploaded files are erased automatically after 10 days. The use of WebFTP is recorded separately. The following data is stored:

  • E-mail address and full name of the sender
  • E-mail address and full name of the recipient
  • Date on which the files were uploaded and erased
  • Subject line, list of files, message, number of downloads

This data is also erased after 10 days.

Use of YouTube plug-ins

Our websites use plug-ins of the YouTube website owned by Google Inc.. The pages are operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. If you visit one of our pages with a YouTube plug-in, a connection to the YouTube servers will be established. In such cases, the respective YouTube server is informed of which of our sites you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

Your personal data collected as part of your activities on the website is hosted in Switzerland on the servers of Nine Internet Solutions AG, Albisriederstrasse 243a, 8047 Zurich. The servers offer the best-possible protection against unauthorised third-party access. Backups are generated regularly in order to prevent data losses to the greatest possible extent.

User rights: access, rectification, portability

You have the right at all times to access your data stored with us free of charge and to have your data rectified. Please contact us to this end. Our contact data can be found above under “Contact”.

You also have the right to request for your personal data to be transmitted to another data controller free of charge. Please note, however, that it may not be possible to adjust your data set in line with the specific format requirements of another data controller.
