What fascinates you about your work?

Many projects involve trying out new technologies or methods, which is why I make sure to keep myself up to date on various issues in the area of photovoltaics by reading specialist publications. The continuous learning and gathering of experience makes my work diverting, especially since no two projects are the same.

What is different about working at Basler & Hofmann?

The working environment and the team spirit within the company are great. Personal concerns are taken seriously – those who show initiative are not thwarted but encouraged. And even if it’s not always easy to find your own way through the wide selection on offer at Basler & Hofmann, there are great opportunities and possibilities for everyone.
