Board of Directors: Dr. Jürgen Dold resigns from Board mandate

Dr. Jürgen Dold did not stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting of Basler & Hofmann AG on 9 April 2020. Jürgen Dold had been a member of the Board of Directors of Basler & Hofmann AG since April 2017. The Board of Directors deeply regrets Jürgen Dold's resignation and thanks him for his committed and inspiring work over the past three years.
