Dominik Courtin wins European CEO Award

The CEO of Basler & Hofmann AG, Dominik Courtin, has been honoured with the European CEO Award of the Association for Consultancy and Engineering (ACE), the largest British industry association, in the "Medium firm" category. The prize was awarded on the occasion of this year's European CEO Conference of ACE in London on 12 November 2015. Dominik Courtin is delighted about the award, but at the same time wants to put things into perspective: "Outstanding performances are only possible in an outstanding team. Therefore, I see this award as recognition of our entire management team."
The Association acknowledges outstanding CEOs of engineering companies from all over Europe with this prize, which is awarded annually. The jury is made up of representatives from European industry associations, including Switzerland's "usic". Potential prizewinners are nominated by management executives from our branch of industry. Apart from such criteria as financial success, innovation and commitment to the industry, the aspect of "leadership" has particular importance here.
