Josua Wenger

Josua Wenger combines business management knowledge and broad HR experience in his role as HR Business & Project Partner at Basler & Hofmann. After completing his training and working as a travel consultant at Globetrotter, he moved into HR – first in executive search, then as an HR consultant and deputy team leader at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. There, he managed projects related to talent management, employer branding and digital HR processes. He devoted his master's thesis to the topic of data culture and HR analytics. Since 2025, he has been supporting Basler & Hofmann with a focus on HR digitalisation, project support and employee experience. Josua thinks in a networked way, acts in a solution-oriented manner and puts people at the centre of his work in order to develop HR solutions that connect and advance.

I am fascinated by the opportunity to create a working environment for our employees in which they feel comfortable and motivated to go the extra mile for the company. At the same time, I enjoy accompanying and supporting people and seeing how they develop.

Carpenter – I enjoy doing crafts in my spare time. I am fascinated by wood as a robust yet malleable material. My current project: building my own chicken coop.
