Michaela Sweet is an experienced HR and organizational development professional with many years of practical expertise at the intersection of HR, business, and transformation. She coaches executives and employees, develops organizational structures, and supports our company in implementing its strategic goals. Before joining Basler & Hofmann in 2026 as an HR Business & Project Partner, Michaela spent over seven years at the Boston Consulting Group, most recently serving as CE Business Development Director with a focus on strategic business, HR, and organizational development. Prior to that, she worked at the University of Zurich as a project manager and research associate in law. A lawyer by training, she holds a CAS in modern personnel and organizational development. Her areas of specialization include leadership and collaboration, organizational and cultural development, as well as talent management and professional development. For Michaela, people are at the heart of everything. She is convinced that sustainable success is achieved where individuals are able to grow, take ownership, and achieve impact together.
