Oliver Wick

Graduate Architect (ETH)
Team Leader Real Estate Strategy

Oliver Wick brings many years of experience in the property sector to the role – as an architect, project manager, client consultant and portfolio manager. After completing his architecture degree at ETH Zurich, he gained practical experience in various architectural offices, overseeing projects from the planning stage through to completion. He then moved into client consultancy, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of large-scale residential construction projects. Most recently, he spent seven years working as a client representative and portfolio manager at the Real Estate Division of the Canton of Zurich, where he oversaw property development, devised portfolio and property strategies, and served as a jury member in competitions. Since 2024, Oliver Wick has headed the Real Estate Strategy team at Basler & Hofmann. He supports clients in developing real estate visions and strategies. Oliver combines strategic planning with client-focused implementation – always with an eye on added value for owners and developers, as well as sustainability.
