Expert report for school space St. Moritz
The St. Moritz Municipal Council commissioned us, in collaboration with Eckhaus, to produce a comprehensive expert report on the Grevas school construction project. We examined the space allocation plan, sustainability and alternative sites.

A broadly-based advisory committee supported the report. Towards the end, the focus shifted to the question of a regionally organised upper secondary school (SEK I). The municipality of St. Moritz showed courage and decided to prioritise the long-term strategic planning of a regional upper secondary school before finalising a construction solution. Our report provided valuable insights into the merits of the proposed school building project and supported the local council in its decision-making.
