What fascinates you about your work?

I'm fascinated by how many gears have to mesh together to make a company run smoothly - and that I can act as a «bridge builder» across different departments at various interfaces in Central Services. I particularly like the challenge of optimising complex processes and ensuring that concepts and strategies are not only developed but also implemented in a way that adds value.

What makes working at Basler & Hofmann special?

At Basler & Hofmann, you can develop in an environment where the credo «team spirit» is not just a job advert phrase, but is actively practised. I appreciate the openness with which knowledge is shared across disciplines. This creates quality and a sense of solidarity.
