Advice on building physics, acoustics and noise insulation – superstructure building at the Burgernziel tram depot in in Bern
Project overview
In Bern we advised ds.architekten on the construction of the superstructure on the plot of the former Burgernziel tram depot. The building will have five storeys above ground and one storey underground. Retain areas will be included on the ground floor. One part of the building will contain office and administration facilities on three storeys. The superstructure will be planned and certified in accordance with the Minergie ECO standard (Swiss sustainable building standard).
