Advice on building physics and acoustics, residential and commercial superstructure building project in Nidfeld, Kriens
Project overview
In Kriens we are advising the planning team headed by Christ & Gantenbein on the new building work on construction fields B1, B3 and B4 of the residential and commercial superstructure building project. All new builds will have seven storeys above ground and two storeys below ground. A residential building with commercial use on the ground floor is being built on construction field B1. The building on construction field B3 will be used solely for residential purposes. A mix of commercial, office and residential use is planned on construction field B4. All buildings will be constructed and certified in accordance with the Minergie-P ECO standard (Swiss sustainable building standard).
