Am Mattenhof 2, Kriens: New residential and commercial buildings
Project overview
In South Lucerne on the Mattenhof site, a new district is under construction. Approximately 300 ultra-modern rental units, over 20,000 square metres of office space and a range of mixed commercial and retail space will transform Mattenhof into an attractive urban living space with urbanistic quality. The development consists of three mixed-use buildings and a residential tower.

Our services
Structural engineering, in particular the earthquake safety of the 60-metre high residential tower. Retaining wall structure planning, including lowering of various stressed groundwater levels, dimensioning the combined pile slab foundation and technical site management of the special underground engineering.
