Building services planning for Europaallee construction site H in Zurich
Project overview
The Europaallee site was developed in a joint process with the city of Zurich. On construction site H, SBB AG is planning two building structures, which will house not only residential and retail space and other services, but also restaurants, a hotel and a cinema. The focus was on energy-efficient and sustainable construction methods and operation by the user.

In a planning syndicate with E2A Piet Eckert & Wim Eckert, the areas of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, sanitary and electrical installations and instrumentation and control engineering, as well as their technical coordination, were planned from the competition phase through to invitation to tender.
