Coop production and distribution centre in Schafisheim
Project overview
On the largest private building site in Switzerland, the existing distribution centre has been expanded and the bakery production locations have been consolidated. With five basement floors and a height of 25 metres above ground, the construction has the dimensions of a high-rise building.

Processing of the 30-metre-deep excavation with 7,000 square metres of soldier pile wall, 900 anchors and various soil-nailed walls, as well as a combined pile raft foundation system with 280 in-situ concrete piles, from concept to implementation (including site management).
