Expansion of Bern railway station

Project overview

The platforms at Bern railway station are too narrow. In order to continue to ensure the safety of railway passengers in future, an additional underpass with service areas is to be added at the centre of the railway station. This underpass will make it possible to reduce circulation along the platforms and provide direct access to the new RBS underground railway station.
