Hirzenbach residential building in Zurich

Project overview

With its height of 39 metres, the residential building with commercial use on the ground floor is already considered to be a high-rise building. The overall impression is dominated by the recessed intermediate floors, and the facade which is made of prefabricated exposed-concrete elements. The central access, which is also designed in exposed concrete, lends the building its unique character.
