Project overview

The Chur bypass was expanded into a motorway in 1980. The outdated existing structures, high accident rates and chronic traffic jams at peak times now call for a complete redesign of the Chur South junction. The situation is improved by means of an elliptical roundabout over the motorway and adapted slip roads with bypasses.
