Project overview
The Richti Wallisellen mixed-use development will see the creation of a new mixed-use district for residential apartments, office space and commercial properties. The energy concept consists of 220 geothermal probes. The use of a geothermal energy store enables CO2-free energy supply to the development. In addition, all buildings are being certified in accordance with Minergie, the Swiss sustainable building standard.
