Winterhalder plot in Zurich

Project overview

A residential complex with approximately one hundred apartments is planned on the Winterhalder plot in Zurich. This development is being constructed in accordance with Minergie, the Swiss sustainable building standard, and will contribute to the sustainable, long-term development of the district with a mixture of rented and owner-occupied apartments as well through the architectural design of the plot.
