Sandra Schmid has over 20 years' experience in HR management, coaching, and organisational development. She combines the strength to implement operations with the ability to shape and implement strategic developments. In her role as an HR business partner at Basler & Hofmann, she supports managers, teams and employees with empathy and a focus on development, collaboration and culture, taking a solution-oriented approach. Prior to this, she worked independently for many years, supporting management, executives and teams as a coach, consultant and workshop leader on topics such as communication, feedback culture, presentation skills and cultural development. She has also held leadership roles in various SMEs, focusing on recruitment, talent development, change management, conflict resolution and corporate culture. She is a certified adult educator and EFZ businesswoman, and has completed part of her social work studies at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. She has also completed various further training courses in strategic HR, coaching and mental training.
I am fascinated by people, their idiosyncrasies, potential, dreams and challenges. Accompanying and supporting them when needed, and finding the best solutions, gives me a deep sense of fulfilment.
