The Torlak Institute in Belgrade is expanding its capacities in virological research and diagnostics. We are supporting the construction of a new BSL-3 laboratory – from planning and commissioning to certification and training of future users.

The Institute for Virology, Vaccines and Sera «Torlak» is active in the fields of virological, bacteriological, immunological and allergological diagnostics as well as in the production of sera, vaccines, and other immunobiological and diagnostic preparations.
We are supporting the institute in the construction of a new BSL-3 laboratory and providing comprehensive advice in all project phases - from planning and construction to validation, commissioning and testing. After completion, we accompany the certification of the structural and technical requirements. We also provide biosafety training for future users, thereby contributing to the safe operation of the facility.
